Beyond Hill Institute, Mickey runs two successful businesses and teaches painting at her home studio. Her greatest artistic inspiration comes from early twentieth century artists W. Lester Stevens and Marion Huse, local painter & sculptor Gregory Stone, and other influences. Her paintings have been recognized regionally, and she is a Salmagundi Club award winner.
