Pixie Benoist, retired Education Manager at WEBS-America's Yarn Store, has been knitting for more than 40 years. At WEBS, she was instrumental in the designing and implementation of the Expert Knitter Certification Program. She also taught a variety of classes and the Tuesday drop-in. In addition, she wrote the curriculum for various classes, hired teachers, and published the Class Offerings booklet. Pixie is also an accomplished seamstress and crocheter and has dabbled in weaving, bobbin lacemaking and needle felting. She is also a retired high school French teacher and has traveled and lived in France.
